How can I make a damage claim?
Case shortage or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to our Customer Service team immediately at customerservice@sterling-inc.com or call 1-800-233-7052, x2560. Download and print a Merchandise Claim Form from our website. Fill out the form completely and email, fax or mail it to the attention of Customer Service.

How come I, as a Sterling customer, can’t view the on-line catalog?
You must register with Sterling using your tax ID number before you can view our on-line catalog. This protects our customer so that the end consumer cannot view the prices of our items. It’s a very simple and easy process that walks you through every step.

I am an international customer. Can I register on your website?
Yes, you can. Go to our website at www.sterling-inc.com. Click on “register” in the upper right corner. That brings up the registration page and from there, click on “International Customers Click Here for Registration”.

Where can I get instructions on putting together a pre-lit tree?
